📋 About this program

Provides up to $200k in pre‑seed equity investment to NB startups to demonstrate commercial viability and prepare for the next financing round. NBIF evaluates the product, market, team, financials and scalability before investing.

✅ Who qualifies

New Brunswick startups with a minimum viable product, strong team, scalable business model and large addressable market; investments made through preferred or common shares or convertible debentures, subject to due diligence.
