One-Job Pledge Wage Incentive

Provides an improved wage incentive to employers hiring recent post‑secondary graduates. The program reimburses employers $10 per hour for up to 40 hours per week for a one‑year period, provided the employee is paid at least $14 per hour, to encourage retention of young professionals in New Brunswick.

Private sector companies, non‑profit organizations and First Nations that hire unemployed recent post‑secondary graduates (within four years) into jobs related to their field of study; employees must be paid at least $14/h and meet residency requirements.
