✅ Who qualifies
Open to non-profit and for-profit entities and Indigenous governments for eligible affordable rental housing projects with minimum 5 units, more than 70% residential floor area, and over 30% of units below 80% of median market rent; new construction, non-residential-to-residential conversion, and rehabilitation of vacant residential buildings may qualify.
